Complex ProjectWhat is a Complex Project BEP?A Complex Project BEP is a bespoke BIM and information-management strategy for projects with multiple disciplines, organisations, models and information requirements.
It establishes how the project team will work together, how information will be produced and exchanged, how models will be coordinated, who is responsible for what, and how project information will be controlled from production through to approval and delivery.
